Well, I guess if they're free, you can try to see if they fit and determine how they ride. 22 inch chrome is gonna be murderous on your acceleration and braking and your car will no doubt be raised up significantly. Do they have tires mounted already? But like I said, since you're not actually purchasing them, go ahead and give em a test run barring they fit and don't conflict with your VCD.

i d say stick with 20s. 22s are doable but you that leaves you barely any tire (decreased ride quality) and you will need the proper stance (definitely need coilovers) to pull it off. With that said, I don't think those 22s will look right on the G.

wait and do it right. There are members on here that TRIED 21's and just didn't work what so ever.

what width are the rims??? 8.5-11.0?? Depending on the width, they might not even fit. Also, you have an X, so its AWD. All 4 of your tires have to be EXACTLY the same or your slip will trip.
22s can be done and look good. I've seen a couple posted on here with the proper stance. I ll search for it.

yeah, 22's....eh, not my cup of tea.

Anyone can do what they wish, best part of the forums is to get ideas, feedback. Some people get criticism, some people get glory, etc. A lot of times i give people credit for doing something "different" or "unique".

IMO, 22's don't look right on a G of any year. But that's my opinion. I look forward to seeing what you choose and pull off successfully!

It kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time, and the effects and surround sound is amazing. Def cant wait for it on BlueRay
