Yea lol, I could EASILY add 70 to 100 HP to a Porsche for only 3 maybe 4gs. Gotta love those turbos that put out 550......stock LOL. But that would be a huge step backwards in terms of luxury n all the reasons I wanted my M. I have a few years to decide lol

It would be a sick upgrade but I wouldn't turbo the M. I don't think it's the best platform to go FI.

Your right Sool, I love NA. No real benefit to doing that to a V8...n2m the internals wouldnt put out much more than 7 or 8 psi anywho. I couldnt imagine getting less mileage than I do now. Which btw, is up to 14 now....have to baby it a bit more n no gung ho on ramps lol

7-8 psi on an LS V8 can yield 600 to the wheels! But that being said, a custom turbo setup with no r&d specific to your car application could be disastrous or a major money pit in constant fixes and repairs.

Lance! Gotta here that thing when you get it on man.

Yea if there had been quite a few ppl that had done it, I wouldnt mind it as much, and of course being a kit that had r n d. Plus nothing I'd have to have a shop that I know nothing of do it....nah! BUT, cops thinking your a grandpa for driving a big sedan is pretty awesome. It lets me get away with a bit more, vs the coupe the basterds are always looking for you. One year alone I got 7 warnings for no front plate....and then a ticket

Well you can run w/o one as long as you want, just be aware of the laws In all honesty of all the cops in Rochester, 100k plus ppl, it was only one cop that ever bothered to pull me over. I had quite a few cops walk past the front of my car, notice the plate and not care one bit! So it all depends on how much of an *** they choose to be or what else they have on their agenda
