Called First Gear today and we are booked for Sat for the 3 G's @ 12. Talked to Mike and he said he can work us a deal like they did for the Chrysler club. He did ask that we call an hour ahead to make sure the lift is still clear; if not, he said they will finagle some things around so we can get in. Sounds like he is gonna throw in the spring compressor so we can just use theirs. Gonna be spending some time looking at the DIY spring replacement this week.

Is that what they called it was the Chrysler club? That's kind of funny. They're actually the LX club, includes Challengers, Magnums, SRT8's and 300's.

I'll find out from nate what they charged him for 8 hrs. They actually had like 3 cars on 3 lifts at a time when they were there and they gave them like muuuuultiple hrs for free.

 

That's Chargers, Challengers, 300's, and Magnums. All of which includes the SRT8 versions of all models. Just to clarify and be that guy.

Not officially yet. Running a 5k saturday morning and we might be having some friends up, but that part is undecided as of now. Thursday I'm working out at 7 so I won't be able to make the car show. Friday I'm off work. I have a meeting in the morning hours and may try painting my window chrome pieces or go see the movie by my self. Fri night will be an easy one, in bed by ten since I have to run 3.2 miles in the early morning.

A bunch of us are going to the SHOW tomororw night, and then going to actually see the MOVIE fast five Friday night.

I just spoke to Nate, the LX crew is meeting at the "WEST END" in SLP Friday night before the movie. That is to actually SEE the movie.


I just found the FB event again for the OAKDALE show on Saturday...LOL! So I might swing through there right after work on my way down to help you guys as well since its like 5 miles from my house.

 

Alright, sounds like I am in for Saturday. I probably won't be able to stay till we are done. But I figure we can do my car second (since Lance has my springs) and hopefully we can be done by about 5. I will of course be there to help on the first car.

I didn't know the show was at 10pm, but I guess it makes sense for a midnight movie. I might show up for it, I'll text ya Lance if I'm coming to it.
