In real life it has just the right amount of extra growl, far better and more noticeable than the stock muffler yet the sound is not overwhelming. I play and listen to jazz all the time so it is important to me to have a proper cabin ambiance without the engine noise to be annoying. I understand that whoever had bought an exhaust for the reason of having a more aggressive sound will not admit now, after spending a thousand of DOLLARS, his or her muffler sounds just as well as the 2 holes drilled into the pipes. This is a human nature, we believe in anything we want to believe and we believe even more after we spend a lot of money! Nobody wants to be wrong.

The sales of the 3/4 inch bits had increased 100% in the US.

Also, does anyone know of someone who makes something like this for the G? Is the a vendor here that offers it?

It is very difficult to record an exhaust sound or anything else outside. I've made some arrangements to do it in my condo garage with the plugs in and out and show you the difference. All the valet guys that park cars in our place are very excited hearing the more pronounced, deeper sound of my car.

I think it is close to the Tanabe Touring in the intensity, not overpowering yet it gets attention and this is what we want for our cars.

It won't sound as good in the garage. It'll produce far too much echo IMO. I always think exhaust are best captured outside.

About the exhaust, the sound is not for me. If it makes you happy and you enjoy the sound it produces it's what matters most I guess. To me it just makes no sense to go and puncture the exhaust to get a little better sound. It's not the kind of modification I'd expect people driving 40000$ cars to undertake.

I will have another video coming. This one done outside cuts a lot of lows from the spectrum but the highs are about like a moderate Tanabe.

Now you're being silly. Have you ever heard the Medallion Touring in person? I have. I had it on my car for some time. It sounds nothing like what your creation does. Not even close.

I don't care for the sound. A bit raspy for my taste. I think that's all you did was add rasp to the stock sound.

What's next in your mods list?

1) Drill holes in your gas tank to save weight?
2) Don't spend money on coilovers when you can cut and heat your springs.
