Custom Magnaflow Catback Pic/Vid
Custom Magnaflow Catback Pic/Vid
Ok. This is an '08 G35 Sedan, and I know this is the G37 site, but the other site can be slow, so I thought I'd share here, to compare to the coupe.
I removed the entire catback system. Then installed 2.25" pipe to a Magnaflow internal x-crossover resonator, out with 2.25" back to two Magnaflow oval mufflers. The tips are double wall with the internal tapered end but hard to see with the pics; they look better in person than they do there. I have roughly $450 in this system. Would like to do HFC but afraid it's going to be a tad too loud, especially inside... you know how the women can be with that stuff.

I have a slight bit lugging around at 2200 to 2800 rpms. DS mode helps keep it at bay some. I think I have a youtube showing the drone also, where I was keeping the rpms purposely in that drone area so everyone can hear. it's not really as bad as the vid sounds...
that vid was added to the first post.
