Nope, I typically apply this product with a foam applicator pad or on the edge of a microfiber pad. It's not something you want to be spraying liberally around your car as it can easily stain trim, polished surfaces, etc.

P21S Gel Wheel Cleaner is one of the safest wheel cleaners available, since it's pH balanced. I spray it on, let it dwell for 15 minutes or so, then agitate heavily contaminated areas with a brush. If you spray it on, let it sit, and rinse, it will remove most of the grime, especially if your wheels are protected with some sort of wheel sealant. If you agitate it a bit, it's an amazing wheel cleaner.
