Preparing for cat replacement

I'm going to swap a set of OEM cats on my '08 G37S. I'm pretty handy, but is there anything I should order or prepare for, such as ordering new studs? Do old ones tend to break? I'll be ordering the correct gaskets. I just want to be prepared so I'm not down for too long. I have a torch if I need to heat something up. Hoping O2 sensors come out with no destruction as well.

Some extra ratchet extensions to hit the bolts from the front. Go ahead and PB blast the bolts that are on there. Some ultra copper to use on the gaskets. I would get new nuts bolts. Make sure you have the correct size socket on them.
