Question dealership claims back pressure

guy so i got full diagnostic at dealer they claim i have back pressure and my catalytic converter is clogged and needs to be replaced. My warranty on emission ran out 3 months ago my car only has 67k on it. Almost feel like they just want slap me with a big bill. After escalating to consumer affairs they now claim they are not sure if its the cat and should bring it back in for further testing. I do not know what to believe at this point. Can any one explain to me what this results mean? i get that there is a random misfire but dont see anything about back pressure.

lesson learned never trust this dealerships even if after building trust and them treating you nicely throughout the whole experience but once your warranty is over they will try stick it to ya.

all along it was the spark plugs i should of known. reason i didn't change them is because they only had 68k on them but i guess they where on there for 8 yrs.

I changed my plugs at 72K. Although the old ones looked ok, and the car ran fine, I got better gas mileage and my G ran better and smoother. Would’ve thought the dealer would check those first for a P0300 random misfire instead of recommending cats.

yea me too this guys are crooks. so far so good. hopefully it stays that way i just wonder why they would say that there is back pressure. now i feel like getting a back pressure test with new plugs in just for peace of mind.

If your car’s been cool, I wouldn’t even worry about that. Those graphs show that your cats are working. Your car wouldn’t run right if you had back pressure issues
