Intercooler for Stillen Gen 3 Intake?

Newbie here: I'm trying to put together a twin turbo plan for my 2013 G37xS sedan, and what I'm still trying to wrap my head around is how I can make an intercooler work with my existing Stillen Gen 3 intake - more specifically, the piping.

Pictured below inside the rectangle is the most suitable place to have the IC, and it should be fine if it only requires two pipes leading from it to the turbochargers. What confuses me is when I see setups that have more than two pipes, usually three.

Any input on how I can do a build compatible with the intake?

Doesn't work that way. If you ever go TT, sell your intakes.

Any chance you could explain why? Curious.

You'll have to re-fabricate your intakes for proper fitment. More cuts and welds = more weak spots for possible leaks. Just sell the intakes and re-coup some of the cash. You'll take a $100 hit if you bought them new. You'll spend 5x that getting them fabricated to fit. Not to mention the possible headaches. Not worth the $100 if you ask me.

That's fair. Thanks for the input.
