I actually had 4 bolts left over, 2 from the inlet tubes and 2 from the air box brackets if took out. (Stillen instructions don't say anything about it but I like to clean up the engine bay.... Plus weight reduction yo! Save 100th of a lb!!!!)
lol I was just gonna say pretty much the exact same thing, surprised no one ever mentioned this. Actually if you remove all the "extra" bolts you should have 6?

(2) bolts that attached the air box to the bracket
(2) bolts that attaches the bracket TO the frame (I just left my bracket on the car, don't want all these pieces around the house cause i'll forget later on)
(2) bolts from the OEM inlet cup thingy
