Stillen Gen 3 Intake Question

Has anyone else noticed a low pitched whistling noise after the install of their Gen 3 intake?

Tighten your clamps a bit more and check the hoses for leaks..... Make sure sensors are in tightly with gaskets. Should fix it!

Thanks for the reply Dalton. I was thinking along the same lines and re-checked everything. All connections are secure. The whistle is very low pitched. Almost like blowing across a bottle top to make a whistle noise. Maybe I'm just overly sensitive to sounds.

I should also note that it is intermittent and only last for a second. Typically happens at low RPM's.

Stillen Gen 3 Intake Question

No whistle over here. Tighten your couplers. Get a can of brakes parts cleaner and spray around the couplers to make sure u got no leaks. Your rpm drop at any point then tighten that particular couple some more

Are you sure it's not just the induction note you're hearing?

Quite possibly. Not sure, but I have grown accustomed to the sound now and it doesn't really bother me anymore. I'm nearly positive nothing is leaking since I triple checked all connections. Thanks for the response.
