Questions about Motordyne ART Pipes

I've been reading on the site and it seems the ART pipes provide the biggest gains, no CEL and no rasp. I'm looking to maximize my cars performance and this seems to be the best bet for me aside from FI.

I currently have FI RHFC on the car. Sound is good, but I'm not sure how much they are helping me. I'm interested in other ideas on what I could do to increase HP and TQ. I have an AWD so a gear swap is out of the question.

Thanks.

Having an awd means you'll need to customize the art pipes to fit.

Do you to what extent I'll need to modify them? I use a local exhaust shop that's awesome so I'm thinking they can get it to work for me, but more details would be great.

Also do you have ART pipes and how has your experience with them been?

I'm working on that last part ..

Stay with the HFC's. There's only like a 3-5 WHP in Tp's to HFC's.

They do have a little rasp, still sounds good in my opinion.

Mine seem to rattle against my heat shield a lot which is a little annoying.

I'll be following your progress closely. If it works out well for you I'll swap mine too.

Do you have an AWD or RWD platform? Any CEL issues? I may do the swap if I can find a set for a good price, then sell my RHFC and likely break even. If that were the case 3-5whp would be worth it to me.

RWD and no CEL I have never seen any issues with CEL w/ art pipes version 3.

I believe the gains are more than 3-5 whp/torque, but I guess that depends on your location and who tunes the car.

I have a dyno sheet on my build thread with art pipes, silicone tubes, and sport muffler If you wanted more details.

Does anyone with an AWD have ART pipes installed? How did you modify them to fit properly.

I had art pipes and had nothing but issues. The quality does not justify the price and leaks and cell issues all day. I ended up selling them. Went through 3 sets under warranty and all same issues..

I'm sticky with the FI RHFC's. Looking to pick up a ported lower plenum now to go along with the M370 and Stillen Gen 3.
