2011 IPL...High Flow Cats or Test Pipes

Hey Folks!
I'm at a total roadblock...I've searched the forums, web, youtube, etc. and can't find a comparable car or answer to what I would like to do.
I have a stock 2011 IPL and over the next couple weeks I want to order up a set of HFC or TP's to give the exhaust a little more bite at the mid/high rpm range. All I hear now is engine/drive train noise over the exhaust during these rpm's. I don't want to change the stock catback...just swap out the cats. Also, I'm aiming for a clean exhaust note with no rasp/drone...I may be asking for to much?? I have it knocked down to the following:
- Motor Dyne ART Test Pipes
- ARK Performance R-Spec Test Pipes
- Fast Intentions High Flow Cats
- Fast Intentions Resonated High Flow Cats
I have no emissions test to worry about where I live.
Anyone own or hear an IPL with any of the above and have some advice/recommendations for me?
Thanks in advance guys/gals!
Cheers
