Tanabe does make a full cat back system. You just have to buy the pieces separately and put it together.

Here are the cat back components for the Tanabe exhaust system:

Y Pipe- TANABE T50063-G37 Down Pipe Infiniti G37 Coupe

Mid Pipe - TANABE T50132 Center Pipe Infiniti G37 Coupe

Mufflers - Tanabe T70132A Turbo Back Exhaust System 08-11 Infiniti G37 Coupe

I have a Beluga Racing exhaust and had initially bought the Beluga Y-pipe. I replaced it with a resonated Motordyne xyz and the difference was amazing. Absolutely zero rasp and a mellow but still exotic sound combined with FI RHFC'S. My plan is to wake it up a bit and try the Motordyne straight pipe. I have before and after Motordyne YouTube video if interested.
