Just need Sedan muffler options

I'm here to ask for help - I searched forums and did not see this topic in the first 3 pages so here goes.

Purchased my 09 G37 SEDAN from second owner - first owner did Stillen Headers, HFC, and catback - the second owner did not like exhaust so he swapped out ONLY the mufflers (axle back) for something that is literally quieter than stock. I missed out on a Ark axle-back a few weeks ago and not interested in spending $500 on Tanabee axle back.

Has anyone just gone to a muffler shop and had something put on that sounds decent and does not break the bank. I do A LOT of highway driving and I do not want drone.....for now all is get for sound is my Stillen Intakes and I want MOOORE!

From: Framingham Ma,
I sort of, I took my Exotic speed cat back and installed it on my sedan, of course the muffler section need work to fit, I was going to get the Sebring Tuning mufflers $125 each and have them installed if I couldn't get my system to work. I have a thread about those mufflers on here

Why not a universal performance muffler with a 2.25 center inlet/outlet?

Let us know how it sounds.

Once you find something that works, you can rebrand it as an "Axle Back" setup and charge hundreds more :-)

Muffler delete + FI resonated HFC = pure sex! No drone, sounds even better than some after market exhaust.
