I'm confused with how many air filters you need. Some places they mention that you need TWO air filters, and other places dont mention that you need TWO making it confusing! I guess it's okay to use 1 but better to use 2? Anyways to be safe I bought 2 K&N air filters. My question is...how do you install 2? Do you just stack the two air filters on top of each other? Will it fit? I have a g37 S 2008.

You need two because you have two intakes, one on each side of the engine compartment. So no need to stack them.

 

This guy has aftermarket intake tubes & filters, but you get the general idea.

hahahaha you will get to know more about your G in no time! I almost got confused reading your first post. What filter is he talking about~

all you need is two, and keep the oem filters just in case you return to stock.
and maybe some cleaning kit. some local member might have it, ask before you buy them.
I only used my kit once and have 90% + left. GL!
