For what its worth, I have a Fast Intentions CBE and FI High-flow cats. The install shop did before and after dynos. I picked up 20 hp at the highest revs. Made a noticeable difference in accelerating.

I posted the dyno on a previous thread, if anyone is interested.

I have not added intakes and don't plan to do so. I will get a tune sooner rather than later.

Bingo, I couldn't agree more, or who would bother.

My car was a 08 g37 coupe.
Stock was 280 on dynojet.
Just HFCs & cat back fi
I pulled a 298. Dynojet
With stage 3,untuned.
With a tune i made 309 on a mustang dyno with heavy 20s.

Op z makes alot more power stock.
I watched a 370 pull a 298 on same dyno i was uprev tuned on, mustang dyno.
Added a stage 3 intake test pipes & cat back.
Ended up pulling a 344 with a tune.
That's alot no way with the stock intakes would that have happened.
Stock intake is less maintainence, but everyone cleans the aftermarket filter at set intervals.
Your good to go.

My stage 3 lasted 3 years, how many paper oem x 2 would it have cost.
At least 150-200 range. No cheap ones I'm talking oem.
