secondary cat delete

i wanna remove my secondary cara in my 2012 g37 sedan.
i heard it makes it sound like the coupe and gives you 6-10 horsepower what do you guys think?

Wouldn't it throw a code? I think that sounds like a lot of HP from just cats.
