Searched and didn't find anything.. but I am planning on picking up the Ark exhaust for the sedan.

Will it fit in the G? I figured the y-pipe would need to go in the rear and the rest in the trunk.

Any tips for this?

Yes, you can definitely fit the system in your G37 Sedan if the rear seats fold down.
