Why no "True Dual" Greddy TI-C Exhaust??

Just as the title states: Why didn't they make the Greddy TI-C exhaust for the G37 a "True Dual" design? The TI-C for the 370Z is an actual "True Dual" design. I know they don't make this exhaust anymore, but IMO I think it's the best sounding exhaust for the G37; if you like it loud

I put up two pictures of the TI-C system. One on a G37 and one on a 370Z. You can clearly tell the 370Z design is a "True Dual" setup and the G37 is not.
Does the 370Z have a custom setup? If I got my hands on a Greddy TI-C exhaust for the G37; would it be worth it to take it to an exhaust shop and make it a "True Dual"? Or would their be significant power loss?
