I just bought my cold air stillen intake and i was wondering do i have to 100 percent remove the bumper to do the install??

 

no...my install didn't require that.

 

Nope, but be prepared to scratch your tubes up on the intake port if you're not careful. That aside, tape them up before install. The scratches can be sanded and polished out, but that's more time consuming than taping ahead of time IMO.
