Will an aftermarket Y Pipe bolt up to a stock Mid Pipe?

Will an aftermarket Y Pipe bolt up to a stock Mid Pipe?
I have a 2010 G37x sedan and ordered a Megan Y Pipe. Will it bolt up to the stock Mid Pipe?....or do I need an aftermarket Mid Pipe too?
