I have nobody around here to listen to real world setups...and videos dont help much. But im getting a CBE...and trying to decide which way to go. I have GTM RTPs already...and aggressive is what im going for, honestly...but less rasp and more smooth VQ sound. Im leaning towards an ARK Grip....but some say Invidia Gemini is less raspy? With nobody around here to listen to...im basing my decision on you guys...so please help a guy out haha

 

i have the invidia with no test pipes and love the sound. no rasp and a good mellow vq sound. my friend had the same setup as me but with berk HFC and it sounded deeper and louder with no rasp. havnt herd it with test pipes but im sure with any setup with test pipes your going to get a little rasp but as far as which CBE gets less rasp, I would say the Invidia gemini all the way. hope this helps good luck

 

I expect a little rasp with the test pipes...I kinda like it at times...like i said...I like aggressive haha.....but for the most part Im going for the exhaust that would provide the "least" amount of rasp altogether...if that makes any sense haha

 

Look into Fast Intentions! Paired up with RTP, the sound can't be beat. Fast Intentions main goal was to provide a full Catback that retains that gorgeous VQ note with a throatier and deeper tone; They did exactly that Absolutely NO rasp from there system, it truly is a great exhaust and one of the best I have heard.

Fast Intentions CBE are far from raspy, they have a slight drone at low rpm's, I know Invidia doesn't, but they're not as loud/mean sounding

 

ARK with any HFC or Test Pipes sounds like CHIT!!! I have spoken ....

 

ARK =Rasp
HKS = Rasp
Magnaflow = Rasp
Borla = Rasp
FI = No Rasp but way more Drone
Invidia = No Rasp or increased Drone

I have owned all these with different HFC and Test Pipes .. I am the Exhaust God and have Spoken again ...
