Intake Question, Need Advice.
All,
I picked up a pair of Fujita short ram intake's and want to install them on my car.
My question is, I have heard from various different sources that it's standard practice that when you change the intake, you should change the exhaust as well - that one only improves performance when working with the other. and, that Ideally, you would also upgrade the fuel delivery as well.
basically, I got these NIB at 1/2 the cost, as someone bought them, then totaled their ride, so... I love the look, and I love the style, but do Not want to put them on if it will gimp my performance without adding a high flow exhaust.
Thoughts?

You don't need to change both up, if you don't want to. The intake alone will increase air flow, thus increasing how the car breathes, improving performance. The exhaust is only an added bonus to increase it even more.
All of those components you mentioned work together. Our stock fuel delivery system is more than adequate unless you go FI. Obviously you're not so don't worry about that. An intake will work well with an exhaust tuned with it. If they aren't tuned together, then you might or might not see a benefit from replacing the exhaust after the intake. You definitely don't have to replace both at the same time. You may benefit from it, but don't need to.
Putting them on won't gimp your performance. Well, if it does, they'd do it with or without an exhaust so it doesn't really matter either way.
