Just installed R2C intakes!
I just installed the R2C SRI on my 09 G37 sedan. For anyone on the fence about purchasing the R2C system, I would like to say that it is worth every penny. It took about an hour to install, mainly because unfortunately, the installation instructions are garbage. You really need to look up an online tutorial, but it's nothing complicated.
With the intakes installed, the car sounds a lot "meaner" and much louder at higher RPM than stock. You can feel the increased power and torque, even if it isn't earth shaking. And to top it off, I've been getting about ~2 mpg more than I used to. Plus it looks way better than those crappy airboxes!
I've actually driven a G with the Stillen Gen 3 CAI, and that experience was one of the ones that made me decide on the R2C. To me, the Gen 3 seems like its meant for if you track your car. Some power loss in the low band, but good gains high up. I feel the R2C is more balanced in that it provides more modest gains all throughout the powerband.
Pics of the install and the final result attached!

Nice, also installed R2C's in my 09 sedan, I was able to point the driver side lower towards the grill than my passenger side. Doesn't look even, but it's closer to the airflow. Anyways, enjoy your intakes, sounds mean in wot.
