Ark or Fast Intentions Catback?

Well my exhaust fund is dam near complete. I just don't know which system to go with. I know I want a full Catback system. They both sound nice and I plan to add Berk HFC to either one. I really like the ark but it seems to sit really low and I do plan to drop my G and bring it to the track every now and then so that concerns me. I'd like to hear your thoughts or any other systems that you would suggest.

Thanks in advance.

I have heard both and both are outstanding. FI comes up for sale in the private classified sometimes for good price. I have yet to see an ARK for sale.

If clearance is a concern I recommend MXP. It sounds exotic as well.

I've had both exhausts on my 08 sedan, so I cannot speak for the coupes. I started with ARK then ditched it to pick up the FI. I cannot be happier with my choice. The finish/craftmanship on the FI system is by far superior than the FI. The tone is much more sporty and not so aggressive like the ARK which over time got a lil annoying to me. On top of everything, Tony @ FI is standup guy to deal with.

FI ftw!

I was waiting for this comparison thread!

I've heard ARK only on video and I can honestly say it doesn't sound bad at all!

Fast intentions I really dislike the tips but that sound is very deep throaty and to me perfect for the G! Sounds muscular!

Ark and fast int are both true dual but ark has the HKS style mufflers and flex pipes I'n the x design where fast int does not. Some care for that I really don't.

Both I'm sure make similar power ! ARK seems to sit a tad lower but me also having fast int hit the damn mufflers twice on two diff systems so really boils down to wick one u think sounds and looks best.

Fast int you gonna be waiting like two months for a system w a price tag of 1400 or higher!

ARK on the other hand is selling for a great price w JEB performance w the addition of Berk HFCS for the same price as fast int.

I absolutely love fast int w X pipe but for the $$$ power look and sound I say ARK it just seems like great value for the $$ even though I love my tanabe axle-back lol I did have ark I'n my list because of what it offers

True Dual
2.5 inch
Angled cans FTW
Deep throaty tone!
Low price....

U can easily have a HFC catback set up for the price of Fast Int

You can't go wrong with either one. I have the more rare oval canister FI system with x-pipe, it's milder than the oval canister. For me it's perfect, excellent craftmanship and fit. Keep in mind you will have a 2 month wait, as FI systems are made to order.

A great substitute for both is the TANABE Medallion !!! best I ever heard ! I ordered the y pipe and mid pipe as well to complete my full catback ! Unfortunately they are back ordered but should be available this month. Reason I suggest tanabe is because the look and sound and especially the tips are the sexiest of all. Still got the angled canister look w the 4.5 inch tips that sit very nice and fitment could not be better. That's my choice over both mentioned hope my coming vids will educate u as well.

Tanabe's are pretty nice but their tips are so damn ginormous. I remember runnin 4.5 - 5 inch tips back in my HONDA days. I think the G deserves something more subtle and classier. I guess it's just personal preference though.
