Looks good man!

By any chance, do you know if the Circuit Sports brace is better than the gt spec brace?

Well it is a 1 piece vs a 3 piece but im not sure I can tell a difference. In my opinion, it looks better.

Looks great, nice and clean. So how long will you keep the HPS tubes for? hehe How many intakes have you had on the car so far?

looks good, but if i had coilovers how could i access the dampening ****? it seems covered, it would be a pain to remove the bar each time. Noticed any difference with the tubes?

This makes intake setup number 6!!! I am done though. I'm happy with this setup. I'll get my growl back this weekend (installing the stillen catback)

I've heard it might be an issue with the dampening **** on coilovers. Doesn't affect me though! As for the tubes, I think the engine responds better but that could be in my head.

i have a gt spec trust bar and r2c intake. Im curious how that one would perform vs gtspec, it seems like it could be better at stopped front body flex because its one piece, thought it wouldnt be practical because i have coilovers. Im glad you picked a unique option, and it hink it looks great. maybe its time for some short ram injen, takeda or popchargers to go with those tubes . What was the price on each if i may ask

Oh I did not even think about adjustable coils. Yeah thats fail if you have to remove the strut bar to adjust your dampning. Ill pass.

what i learned was that SHORT RAM intakes on these cars are for looks and show only...period. They are basically all the same. They produce a nice growl when you get on the gas, but if you have an exhaust, you will barely hear it. The OEM setup is actually pretty well designed. The HPS tubes did help IMO, but that could all be in my head. Aside from going the CAI (stillen or takeda) route, i think HPS tubes is a great alternative for anyone wanting to mod the intakes.
