Just installed brend new invidia gemini cat back (coupe) on my

Convertible. Ive heard there is no drone with these exhausts on coupe.

But Im noticing a lot of drone around 2500-2800 RPM on my Vert.

I really enjoy this exhaust but the driving is getting annoying.

Is there anything i can do to reduce the sound?

I heard a lot of mixed reviews about adding another resonator. I heard it

adds more drone. Can anyone clear that up?

I don't really seem to get any drone at all on mine.

but there is too loud in the cabin around above RPM on my convertible.

 

Are you going to Thursday's meet we can hear it and maybe help you, I'd say get a different exhaust if your not happy

In the cabin sometimes is a bit loud yeah. If it's too loud i usually crack the window open a bit so the sound doesn't keep resonating in the cabin

 

this is the part where you have to suffer for an aftermarket exhaust

What causes exhaust drone?

 

Hey Luke, with the top up you will get some drone. I suspect it's due to the 7AT, and depending on what speed you are going you may be in a higher gear. I have a little drone on the megans, but the top is down like 95% of the time so it's not that annoying.

 

Ark is even louder hahaha
