Fujita Intakes: Pretty Good, But Fitment Issues

After finally getting my Fujita intakes in the mail, I was super excited to get them installed. And I did, but there were some fitment issues that I had. I ended up having to bend the bracket holding the relay box so the driver's side support arm could make contact with the rubber washer, but then the relay box was blocking install of the filter itself. I relocated the relay box by the old mounting point of the old airbox and secured it with a ziptie, but I have a gut feeling that will lead to problems in the future.

Also, the clamps used to hold the silicone hose to the throttle bodies...suck. They aren't the standard flathead kind, but require a socket, and you have to install them at a certain angle or the engine cover can't be reinstalled.

For the clamps issue, I'm just gonna get some flathead clamps from TrueValue, but I'm not sure what to do about the relay box issue. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

FWIW: theses intakes sound AWESOME, and the buttdyno has detected an increase in power.

Mine installed easily with no fitment issues. Sure I had to move the relay box for the install but I put it back in it's original spot after I installed the drivers side intake. No bending was required. The sound is awesome, I like it and eventually I'll post a dyno once all is said and done.

Found a way to reposition the relay box, finally. I left it's mounting bracket on one screw and bent it slightly, seems to work pretty well since it's pinned in there, and I left the screw pretty tight. I'll have to keep an eye on it and see how that goes.
