stock intake installation

Hey guys ...

I am going to be taking out the stillen gen 3 intakes and putting the stock intakes back on.

Does anyone in the miami/FT Lauderdale area know how to put the stock intakes back on because i dont

Never done it before but if you google G37 Service Manual the first link will take you to the PDF...

Why are you taking the gen 3 off?

putting the car back to stock ... these japanese cars give problems when u mod them man lol ..

well atleast mine is .. =/

so ill just go back to stock buy the tanabe tips and im done ..

hey you think its ok to put back the stock exhaust even though its a bit rusted ?

If it's not cracked, you can put the exhaust back.

no no the exhaust isnt cracked .. i think the FI i got has a leak and thats why the CEL is on ... valet dented both my cans in real bad ! So bad that it sounds like i drive a honda lol

God knows what else they did ???

Damn.... Make the valet pay... I'm sure Tony can hook you up with a set of mufflers.

If the valet dented the cans, maybe they broke the O2 sensors on the HFC's... That gives a CEL for sure.

I took it to buddy at infiiniti and he helps me out and checked everything out ...

They ran the scanner and it was the o2 sensors. They told me that they think its a leak in the exhaust and then he told me if i put the stock on back on that he'll look into more and fix w.e needs to fixed under warranty because my car has not been noted for any mods yet ...

Stock intakes are very easy ! Let me know if you need help , also if you need a stock exhaust I have mine with the updated muffler so no raspy sound like old one !
