For those who LOVE the Invidia Gemini but HATE the burnt tips

As everyone knows, the Invidia Gemini is a GREAT exhaust but only comes with either rolled or single wall burnt tips. I know many here were apprehensive about the Invidia because of the blue burnt tip (Knoxville ).

So, I happen to have both the rolled and single wall tips (don't ask ) and I thought I would polish off the burnt look on the rolled tips. Worked GREAT and was REALLY easy.

Process... 1. Take your porter cable or rotary buffer (PC in my case) 2. Apply abrasive polish (Menzerna PO203 in my case) 3. Polish for about 5 minutes per tip... DONE. I fabricated a "vice" to hold the tip and applied the polish on speed 6 with a bit of pressure.

So now you have no excuse if you don't like the burnt look but want this amazing catback.

My single walled tips are getting done next...

Thanks for the comments... it was REALLY easy to do. For those that don't have a buffer, you could probably use a power drill with a foam attachment (maybe even one of those Mother's powerball things) and some ScratchX or something like that.

Not all of us live in the sunny south my friend It snows where I live

But you're right... car needs a bath badly. This time of the year it's REALLY hard to keep up on it (snowed last Monday, rained 3 of the next 5 days). I'm moving to SoCal!!
