Exhaust Tick?

I know you would usually hear this Exhaust tick after shutting down your car after a drive, But i tend to hear it either when im in Park/Drive(Note: foot on the brakes), The ticking cuts down oddly when in reverse, The ticking gets worst after i drive for about an hour or two more(Note: foot on the brakes).

I only have Berk HFCs, Stock exhaust and 11,600 miles, Anyone fimiliar with this noise when there car is at Idle? Or is it just normal? See video.

I'm aware of that, You'll hear that "Sissss" when you go down by 1-2K RPM, I have a feeling its something to do with the stock exhaust, still trying to pin-point it.
