New raspy sound from Exhaust

I have an Injen CAI and the Stillen cat back exhaust. I loved the setup until recently. I am getting a raspy sound when I first take off. I never had this before. I loved the Stillen exhaust, because it sounded deap without rasp and excess noise.

What could have changed? Anyone else have this happen?

Are you sure your hearing rasp? With stock cats and a stillen which has resonators you shouldnt have rasp

maybe something came loose and you got a leak or some rattle going on.

For sure unless you somehow hit something and punched a hole in the exhaust...RASP just doesn't magically appear one day like the Easter Bunny or Tooth Fairy

I agree, but there is always the possibility that one or both of the resonators on the catback blew out (they're just fiberglass packed resonators). I'd first check all the bolts and make sure there isn't any leaks, then assume it's the resonator as a last resort and get Stillen involved. Hope that helps some.
