I meant on this thread. I know you probably posted them last week on some other thread, and to tell the truth, I saw them a while back on a group buy thread. Not sure what you're getting at?

hey wasup guys i decided to get myself the MXP exhaust.. but my main concern will it sound the same as 6mt? i have the 7at i called up some store. they told me they dont have the 7at in stock because they are changing some pipe. i really like how this exhaust looks i herd some videos already sound great.. but that one that whiteghost posted up with the 7at idk its sound not to good not like the other.. is it becasue he hasnt broken it in yet? or is their a difference between auto and stick?

it's because he has Berk High Flow Cats..

Call or PM Amplified Motorsport. They have AT ones in stock with the new pipe.

i believe it's because of the test pipes, and possibly the new b pipe for sedans. The ones you've been hearing and liking are most likely the coupes, which have an h pipe, though I'm not sure if this makes a difference in sound. Giving time to break in could also be an issue in that vid, he says at the end he only has about 20 miles with that setup.

The exhaust sound i like is richies and the G on the 3 vids (posted on the MXP group buy by Amp'd), and both aren't running test pipes IIRC.

They probably won't show it online, you should try calling Amp'd instead. The Berk HFC change the sound tone a bit (from what I was told), makes exhaust louder, as well as produces a bit more power.

For the AT peeps, these B-Pipes are the new pipes used to fix what what wrong before. MT peeps keep the H-Pipes. This is if I'm understanding everything correctly.

No, if you don't want to, you don't have to install HFCs. MXP sounds good as is.

With the TP it doesnt sound to bad. I test drove Jeffs car, its sounds pretty solid to be honest with you. There isn't that much drone once it gets past 3k RPM it really opens up.

Wow, you guys turned this into a chat room overnight, haha.

WhiteGhost, you will love MXP without test pipe or HFCs. I know your taste, because it's similar to mine. I'm also picky that I must hear it over and over from inside and outside the car. I won't buy an exhaust without hearing it in person first. (spoiled So Cal).

So I think what we need to do, is have the 4 of us (timmy, ceelos, whiteghost, and bruin) paint our cars black. Put some green underglow LEDs, and catch a Mackin truck in transport. Wait, I've seen this movie before.....
