I think it is the stock bumper. You can just fold up the rear diffuser on the G35. All the single exhaust guys do it.

Actually, I can confirm that it is NOT the stock rear bumper. I saw this in person and the bottom sides of the bumper had a small lip. Very similar to the stock bumper look but with a twist.
