If you don't want it too loud and don't care much for gain, I'd stick with Greddy with Silencers on or Tanabe, in that order.

Others would give you better gain but they'd also be louder.

Haven't heard the MXP in person yet though but I doubt that it'd be quiet.

I'm pretty sure I heard the MXP in person at HIN. Brian (VOLK350Z) had it on his car (I think) and it sounded great when he drove by us. He's the dude that works AT Mackin and his PG G37 is the one in the vids.

The couple of vids i've seen with the Tanabe's they seemed louder than then FI and MXP. Am I wrong? Don't get me wrong either, I want it louder than stock, just not too loud.

Not installed. Don't quote me but I think the only one out right now is the proto. I'm waiting for it from ampd. I think the wait is gonna be a couple of weeks or longer but I am pretty patient. So if u want it NOW then mxp might not be for you. I also haven't heard it in person either but judging from vids. It sounds sick. One of the main reasons I'm getting it cuz I wanted to be different and try something new. Good luck on your decision
Greedy w/ silencer sounds like a good option too.

Yea I'm alil concerned how loud it's gonna be too. If the owner of that proto can chime in or if I could hear it in person that would be great

You might be thinking that it's louder because it's deeper. Camera video captures are not always accurate either depending on how car it is from the exhaust.

If you really don't want it to be loud, you can look into Invidia. But I like the tone and volume of Greddy+silencers too.

Then of course, how loud is not too loud?

Since money isn't an issue, if I were you, I'd get the MXP.

Thanks for all of the help and suggestions. I think I'm gonna go with the MXP. I like it's sound the best out of all of them. If it's a little to loud then I'll just have to get use to it.

I think all the exhausts mentioned might be too loud for your choice, cept the tanabe. You can look into the fujitsubo exhaust, which is not loud like the others, though it is a y-pipe back . . .
