My Borla replacement exhaust/tips came today !!

as some of you may remember i ordered a Borla cat back almost immediately after getting my car. I received it about a week later and brought the unopened box right to my installer who put it on. When i picked up the car though i thought the tips looked low and they were not the dual walled ones shown on Borla's website. I called Greg Weiss at Borla who asked me to send pics of the exhaust installed. It turns out that there was a manufacturing mix up and several G37 exhausts had the wrong tips welded on. He told me it would take about 8-10 weeks to receive the new muffler/tip portion of the exhaust but today it arrived Fedex overnight after only about 5 weeks . Greg also said Borla will pick up the cost of the reinstallation of the muffler so im going to wait till the weather is a little nicer and get it on.

Awesome. let me know what you think of them. I am in the process of deciding on an exhaust myself.

Ive loved the exhaust since i put it on, more power, great sound (no droning and sounds awesome under throttle) and when i get the correct tips on the look will be better then OEM too. Borla makes a great product and i can tell you that their customer service is also top notch.

Good deal man. The pics you shown here look like the right tips to me. Borla is a top notch company and not many others would pay for reinstallation at a shop.
