Its just a plain wheel, i don't see a bit.
i dont know if it comes with the wheel, mine came in the box with the Dremel, the Bit was with it also, but if you have the Dremel already the Bit should be there you just need the wheel

This looks good. More HP would be great. Two questions:

1. What does this do to the warranty? and
2. Can someone who is handy but who has never done anything like this before do it himself?

^ 1. It voids your warranty to whatever they can prove failed DUE to your intake. Generally, lets say your transmission fails. If they cannot prove that your intake is the source of the transmission failure, they cannot void your transmission warranty. They can however void your MAF sensor warranty because they see that you tampered with it.

A lot of people just switch back the stock exhaust for warranty work.. not that i approve of that or anything, just stating the facts.

2. The installation is VERY straightforward. you just look at the pipe, and look at where it has to go. Obviously this intake system needs you to dremel.. not sure how proficient you are at that, but it should be a relatively easy job to do.

2. i have never removed a bumper before but i did install intakes before, the intake installation is fairly easy, you just need to be patient when doing stuff like this, but i am experienced in the cutting area a bit, its not that hard though you just need a steady hand
