it makes the cutting you need to do 100x easier than leaving the bumper on, i used This and This (although its for steel i used it and it was smooth)

It is really a nice work done by u! btw so u have to remove the bumper everytime u want to replace or clean the filters now?

Awesome job. The intakes are amazing! I installed them on X's car and we didn't remove the bumper. It's really not necessary and we finished the install in about 2 hours. Mind you I have never installed an intake on a car ever in my life.

Thanks, and you don't have to remove the bumper, the filters are easily accessible if you just remove the plastic rad cover

wow really! i don't think i could do it without the bumper off especially the cutting part, the ac lines are just too close on the driver side

xo4x, Did the cutting wheel come with the bit that you put into the dremel or its just the plain wheel without no Bit.
