True, the top end power is simply amazing. However, down low and mid range it is noticable. Off the line, I took my buddy with JWTs, and after 30, I was gone. (PM me if you want the full extent of the story LOL)

I had both intakes, and trust me when I say this, I feel MORE gains across the band w/ the Stillens than JWTs. JWT's felt sluggish and slow in low range to mid.

However, in the end NO intake on this car is going to get enormous gains low end, unless you go FI. lol

Thanks for all the good info.

What about stillen vs. stock? Can you really feel it on the low to mid range, because the dyno doesn't really show it. Could it be that the sound of the intake gives you the feeling of a stronger pull?

Don't get me wrong, it seems like this is a good mod, and I'm considering getting it myself. I just have to ask the question.

Down low, honestly both feels the same, after 3K though it starts to pull harder than Stock.

Mid Range- 100% Stillen 3G intake. Let me tell you why (kind of weird story lol)

Everyday, I take this huge on ramp to the freeway. Before my Stillen's, I would put it in to 2nd gear, and take off, around 3.5K, the car felt sluggish. Now with the Stillens, same ramp, and same gear, I tap the gas, and the car RESPONDS. It just takes off.

If you want to hear my OTHER story, PM me =)

or you can just disconnect the negative on your battery (usually leave it off overnight or for some time)
