I've have never heard of anyone in my area (SW Ohio) getting a ticket for an emissions violation. A guy I went to school with had a CR-X with just headers on, it was super loud and smelled like **** and he drove like a freaking maniac... never got a ticket.

But anyway... Can anyone chime in with FI res test pipes and gives us a comparison with the non-res vid?
