Wow, it takes listening to the stock exhaust again to realize just how poor it sounds in comparison to any of the 3rd party options. Personally I'd skip removing resinators and go directly to a new exhaust. Leave the raspyness to Honda's, the G can make much better tones with a decent exhaust.

Both clips sound like azz and make the car sound cheap to me. But it's your car and if you like the raspy, rattly sound, then go for it. The first one is a member of the forum but I forgot who it is.

Taking out the resonators makes it sound like
A: You have a hole in your muffler
B: You bought a $50 exhaust set up.

I find that sound very annoying.

horrible sound, but I'm betting the camera was too close to the exhaust not getting a true sound.

Don't do it man... Sounds crappy and cheap... If you want a different sounding exhaust, then go aftermarket... Don't cut corners when it comes to modding your car...

you will not make the G37 sound like the E46 m3. I came from an E46 to the G37 and they sound nothing alike nor will any exhaust make them sound like. The E46 has a unique sound because of the straight 6 motor.
