No worries. I have personally reviewed the Injen threads and do not see any case where Gamedog's or any other posts regarding AMT were deleted. We have no reason to hide this.

 

Dispute with Capital One. Capital One ultimately paid AMT on your behalf. Paypal is just the middleman.

 

Yeap, at least you have that option, I'm the only dummy that didn't use my credit card it seems like, lesson to be learned for sure, but problem is I had a balance in my paypal account from stuff I sold over the years on eBay.

 

I actually remembered some (the ones I personally was thinking of were from another member, not GameDog) and have already been conversing with Max via PM regarding them.

 

ok... FYI.... I just went through 350 of the whole 640 posts of GameDog and there was Nothing Deleted that dealt with AMT... So whoever said that... please PM me what your talkin about...

Good job Blackjack. Keeping the thread in check. Hopefully these people get an answer soon. The weird thing about this situation that I find is how the story keeps on switching about how many intakes Injen is sending to AMT. It seems that they/he is suppose to be getting intakes but they keep getting pushed back and the number keeps dropping. Weird IMO. Hopefully these members do get these intakes and are not out their money.

This is true Black Betty but the thing to keep in mind is that you cannot control what these people will do with this info. There are a lot of crazy/stupid people out there and sorry to say but I don't trust everyone on this site. Who is to say that someone that is on this site won't use this info to do harm to this person or their family? Would you really want to be partially responsible if someone on this site went to this guys house and killed him or his family over an intake? This is extreme I know but if you watch the news and crap you know that there are a lot of stupid people out there that will do crap like this. Having this guys info will not help anyone out. You have his site info and name and emails that you got and that should be all you need. Threatening to do something to someone for $500 or any amount of money is pathetic.

 

I certainly understand the frustrations guys... I hope everyone gest their money back and AMT goes down, but no need to make this thread into a bounty hunt.

Without a doubt Injen is telling lies about this also. They aren't sending any to AMT according to Jerry as he now says they only paid for 10, but last week he told me everyone was paid in full by AMT, now it changes when I asked him to send me one of the intakes they "owed" to AMT. Funny thing is, my intake was going to be shipped to me, I was on the first and only shipment, but at last minute Naimoli called Jerry and told him to send it to him instead. I'm done with Injen for sure also, thing is I was going to wait for their exhaust to come out, I had the injen catback on my scion tc, now I'm going to buy the magnaflow and save some money, need to make up for the $450 I got shafted out of.

 

You should read closer. Please relate to me where I said I wanted anything other than to get my money back? I have way more sense than to make any threats or do anything to get myself in trouble. The information is useful to track down a deadbeat. That's it's sole purpose. I intend to call the Florida Attorney General's office tomorrow. Have I somehow given you the mistaken impression that I'm a loose cannon that would call the law and then do something illegal so that I get into trouble? That would just be silly. All I'm asking for is for those here who know this person or have information that can help me to locate him or get in touch with him provide it for me to get what's mine.
