Bah. Muffler Rattle.. why?! what do i do.

I see everyone talking about the famous muffler rattle; Before I bought the G37, I heard this famous rattle on another G37 and thought it was normal from a cold start.

Anyone can help:

What do i do?

Do I take it in, and is this a KNOWN issue?

Do I just ignore it and keep on with my life?

I hear it usually when its cold, fresh start up, etc. but its not every second.

Thanks.

Take it in. This is a known issue. Do a search. There is a TSB about this.

What does the rattle actually sound like? Would I be able to tell if nobody pointed it out to me?

Never mind, I found the clips... I can't even tell it's a rattling sound! lol

Does anyone know if they've actually fixed the problem with the new mufflers. If they haven't, then what's the point of the TSB? My dealer ordered a pair for me 4 months ago but I never went in to get them replaced thinking the new ones are the exact replica of what I already have on mine!!

Can anyone confirm that the problem is gone for good?

Go back until they get it right.

I had 4 or 5 mufflers replaced.

If they can't do what i did extort them for exhaust system of your choice.

No one who has got the new muffler has complained about a rattle to include me so assume it fixes the problem and take your car in to be fixed according to the TSB.
