The injens fail for the main reason they are NOT breathing air from that little hole on the bottom of the fender well, even the factory intakes breath air from the outside. The factory is pulling fresh air in from the grill. The ONLY air the injens are breathing from is coming from the hot motor. Now you say unlock the ECU, sure the ECU is going to show a better reading but it could never make the injens breath better from the bottom little hole. If you take your hand and put it in front of the tube you will see that your car wants to stall, now that's whats happeneing with the injens, there pulling air from no where.

injen advertisement up to 15 hp.....uhhhh could be none or up to 15 at least u dont lose hp.......your gamble dont bitch if you get 1hp cause you have hfc and a cat back exhaust.....what do you expect?? been working on engine dynos for years now and once your exhaust is flowing your not gonna see much diff by changing intakes....unless you use ram air.....i've tested this.....most chassis dynos dont use ram air.....u wont see the gain but you can feel the gain.....

not really but i see your point....

but, being on car enthusiast boards and starting threads about promising dyno sheets and then nothing is gonna spark a disaster...

my rant is more towards Injen as a reputable company failing like this

and if that was sarcasm....i can go all night
