hmmm yea i would just stick with the parts you have... swap the intake back to stock or for something else.. but with headers and HFCS you cant be loosing HP

Its the ECU, gotta reset it and run for about 1,000 miles before you really knwo what to expect. Then if you still dont see an improvement....you need a reflash.

And yes... It does feel a little slower... but what I noticed most when I left the dealership was.... nothing. Other than sounding different there was no noticeable improvement in performance.

Is it easy to flash/reset the ECU? something I can do?

I think they mixed you dyno up with another car... cause our cars wont go to 8500 unless reflashed and thats still high for a reflash...

but whos going to continously go to 8500 rpm everytime?

at 5000 rpm, there is only 210 hp. with his mods, he should be higher. what gear did you start in? 6th?

go to the drag and post your numbers. you could get low 13's. someone has 13.7 with just an hfc, right?

no... it did not make 8500 rpm... he admitted he didn't set up the first rpm graph correctly so when he ran the second set of runs he did not correct it... so that the two runs would be identical.

does that make sense?

Simple test:

What does your butt say? For sure you sould feel a night and day difference on your butt dyno, forget about the dyno charts for now.

I know ive gotten on some cars with mods and it pulls very strong yet the dyno does not show it. Just like a dyno wont show what your intercooler will make because a fan blowing on it does not compare to 80mph air hitting it.

Sorry but like everyone else stated on here there is NO WAY you would loss power over stock. Even if the intake cause you to drop power it would be by 5HP. The HFCs alone would cover that plus give you some power and you still need to count the rest of the exhaust and headers. Sorry but the dyno is wrong.
