Are G35 and G37 Axle Back Pipes Interchangeable?

Are G35 and G37 Axle Back Pipes Interchangeable?
Pretty much what the title says. I know a guy selling just the rear section of the exhaust custom fitted for a G35 however its two seperate mufflers . From searching, looks like most single exhaust systems work only if you change the rear sway bar to a G35 setup. Thanks for any help!

Coupe vs coupe or Sedan vs coupe
If you ar etalking coupe vs coupe then - nope...The G37 has a dual path behind the axle. The G35 has a singular path.
If it's the sedan vs coupe I think too that it also has a different point of contact between the mufflers and the mid pipes.
