Oh i wasnt meaning anything about spenging or anything... I was just meaning in general that an axle back exhaust is only goin to yield half what a catback will give... just from lookin at the stock exhaust soooo much.... is soo restrictive...
Gigga wasnt gettin on ya or anything... sorry if it came off that way...
what i really want the exhaust for is sound since any little gains doesn't mean much to me. i'm just wondering if i get the greddy axel back do you think it will sound decently louder than stock and deeper? or should i wait for the hks full catback? im hoping the hks will be louder since its a full cat back. tell me if im wrong and i should just go with the greddy for sound since thats all im really looking for at this point in the waiting game.
I think the Tanabe is more of an axle-back, since that's pretty much all it replaces, the section of exhaust from the rear axle to the back of the car. The Greddy is a bit more comprehensive since goes all the way to the y-pipe. Still not a full cat-back, but alot closer than an axle-back like Tanabe's.
a good deep sound worth buying for 700? need more info b 4 i shoot the gun please
I would imagine the sound difference would be somewhat significant since the Greddy system replaces the stock resonators as well as the stock muffler in the back.
