I got them on the original group buy price- one oe the lucky ones. If I remember correctly it was about 443.00shipped. (419 for the cats the rest was shipping)

It will only void the portions of your warranty that directly affected by the cats- i.e. O2 sensors or if there is any crackign that occurs as a result of the cats.
