I was looking around different sites yesterday, and I saw that they had the Nismo intake system for the new Z's and the new G35 sedans. They didn't have much info regarding if it would work with the G37. Does anyone know if this system would work with the G37?

 

i do not think it would work. both engines are different.

 

I emailed performance nissan about the same question. The intake will not work. They tried it on a G37 and it didn't fit, it's too long physically and the mounting points do not line up.

 

Damn. I guess it's just more waiting then.

 

I did the same thing and got the same response. I was really hopeful, but no dice...

 

It's too long even for a 07+ sedan. I know this because I tried it. LOL

It was pain in the butt driving an hour to pick it up and then come back... AND to return it again.

How did what happen? They're discussing a Nismo intake. The picture you posted seems to be a Cobb Tuning Intake.

 

Thats a Nismo intake in the picture.

 

I believe they customized it to fit the 37.
